We accept returns & exchanges on all items as long as they are unworn (clothing & accessories). Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If you have received a defective item, we can offer a return or exchange as well. To make a return/exchange please send us an email at: email@example.com with your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, items requested to be exchanged (if applicable) to confirm that we have the product in stock and that you are eligible to make a return/exchange.
